An early issue of Country Life magazine dated August 4th 1923 featuring a main article on the Rock Garden at Brockhurst in East Grinstead, Sussex, the Residence of Mr Frederick. J Hanbury. An eight page write up on the gardens with black and white photoagraph illustrations of the planting, rock gardens and pleasure grounds. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Mr William Whitelaw.
