An original early issue of Country Life Magazine dated January 31st 1947 featuring a main article on Lucan House, Co. Dublin, The Property of Mr. William Teeling, M.P., a four page write up with black and white illustrations of the house, interior and plan. This issue is in good condition but the edges are a little worn, with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Russell.
