The Old Manor, Little hempston, the Residence of Mr. J. W. Purvis

An early original issue of Country Life Magazine dated August 5th 1933 featuring a main article on The Old Manor, Little Hempston in Devon, built by Sir John Stretch. With a six page write up with black and white illustrations of the exterior, interior, decoration, furnishings and plans. This issue is in very good condition with a frontispiece of 'Velsheda'.
