44 Berkeley Square, The Residence of Wyndham Damer Clark, Esq

An original issue of Country Life magazine dated July 8th 1939 featuring a main article on 44 Berkeley Square in London, designed by William Kent, a fine and remarkable London town house designed for Lady Isabella Finch and completed in 1745. A five page write up containing black and white photograph illustrations showing the exterior and fine interior of the house. Noted for its magnificent staircase and saloon. This issue is in good condition with a frontispiece of Lord Carlton with Trusty (his dog).
