Hascombe Court, near Godalming, designed by Mr. John Coleridge

Country Life magazine dated April 5th 1913 featuring an article on Hascombe Court, Godalming in Surrey, 'the Lesser Country Houses of Today', Hascombe Court was designed by Mr. John Coleridge in 1906 for Robert Murray, this article features Hascombe before the property was bought by Sir John Jarvis who employed Gertrude Jekyll to create the gardens. This issue has a three page write up on the house, including seven photographic illustrations of the exterior of the house and grounds, the interior of the Hall and ground and first floor plans. This magazine is in very good condition with a portrait frontispiece of Lady Smiley and her Children. Rare.
