A fine original antique lithograph print from the rare series 'The Mansions of England and Wales, illustrated in a series of Views of the Principal Seats in the County of Lancashire' by Edward Twycross. This one being a view of Emmott Hall in Colne, Lancashire, The seat of George Emmott Green, Esq. Lithographed by Robert Groom and Printed by C. J. Greenwood. Published in 1846. Image size approx 25 x 17cm. Titled within a decorative border. Rare. Very good condition.  One of two prints available from the same series illustrating Emmott Hall, this one being the close up view of the house.

Sadly, Emmot Hall was left derelict for many years and was demolished in 1967.
