An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated September 26th 1908 featuring a main article on Gilling Castle in Yorkshire, The Seat of Mr. W. S. Hunter. Eleven page write up with black and white illustrations of the property (interior, decor, exterior and gardens). This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Miss Petronel Layland-Barratt.
