Bourdon House, Mayfair, the Residence of the Duke of Westminster

Original Country Life magazine dated October 22nd 1921 featuring a main article titled 'London Houses' Bourdon House in Mayfair, London, the residence of The Duke of Westminster.  An eight page write up on the history of Bourdon House (a Georgian masterpiece, once part of Grosvenor Estates and the only detached house in Mayfair, now occupied by Alfred Dunhill) with black and white illustrations of the house (exterior, interior, decor and furnishings). This issue is in very good condition with a frontispiece of Yutoi, Winner of the Cesarewitch. Rare.
