Durham Castle, Durham University

An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated January 25th 1908 featuring a main article on Durham Castle, (Durham university headquarters), nine page write up with many black and white illustrations of the castle exterior and interior. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of The Hon. Mrs John Coke.
