P., A modern house designed by the architect Mr Brian O'Rorke. Containing a six page write up detailing the house design, internal features, fittings and materials with black and white illustrations of the house interior, decor, exterior and plans of the house. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Viscountess Greenwood, D. B. E.
