An original early issue of Country Life magazine dated June 10th 1939 featuring an article titled 'In the Georgian Manner - Coxtie House, Near Brenwood in Essex', built for Mr Samuel W. Williams. A two page write up containing black and white photograph illustrations of the house exterior, interior and a ground floor plan. This issue is in good condition with a frontispiece of Their Majesties as they left the Parliament Building in Ottawa .
