Bearwood House, the Seat of A. F. Walter

An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated March 15th 1902 featuring a main article on Bearwood House near Hurst in Berkshire (now Reddam House) one of the finest examples of a Victorian Gothic country house designed by the architect Robert Kerr, Circa. 1865. Contains a six page write up on the history of Bearwood with black and white photograph illustrations of the Victorian house, grounds and gardens. This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of the Countess of Mar and Kellie.
