Marks Hall, The Seat of Mr T.P. Price.

An original early issue of Country Life magazine dated September 29th 1923 featuring a main article on Marks Hall in Essex, The Seat of MR T. P. Price. Containing a nine page write up on the history of the house with black and white photograph illustrations of the property exterior and interior, including images of the Stone Hall and Screens, the Oak Parlour, Dining Room and other rooms added by General Honeywood. Marks Hall was demolished in the 1950's. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Mr Howard Carter who discovered the tomb of Tut-ankh-amen in the Valley of the Kings. Rare.
