Chesterfield House, Mayfair (Part 2), The Residence of Viscount Lascelles, K.G.

Original early issue of Country Life magazine dated March 4th 1922 featuring a main article on Chesterfield House, Mayfair, London, a Residence of Viscount Lascelles, K.G. (Part 2), a five page write up with black and white illustrations of the properties Baroque interior and furnishings. (Chesterfield House was said to have some of the finest rooms in London at the time of this publication but sadly in 1937 it was demolished and has now been replaced by modern flats). This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Marchioness Conyngham.
