An original antique engraving published by White & Co, Fleet Street, London. This engraving illustrating a view of Pendell House, (titled Pend Hill, a mansion house erected in 1624 in the parish of Bletchingley, belonging to John Perkins, Esq by whom this plate is contributed) and dated January 1st 1810. Engraved by James Basire from the drawing by John Carter Illustration size approx 19 x 31cm with good margins. A slight tear to bottom edge into title (not affecting the image), otherwise very good condition.
