Original Country Life magazine dated October 4th 1902 featuring a main article on Agecroft Hall in Lancashire, The Seat of Mr Robert Dauntesey, (the Tudor mansion fell into disrepair in the 1920's and in 1925 it was auctioned and bought by Thomas C Williams, dismantled and shipped to the USA, rebuilt, it is now located in Richmond, Virginia, USA), a nine page write up with black and white illustrations of the house and gardens as they were in Lancashire in the UK features in this issue. The issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of The Countess of Powis and Lord Clive.
