An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated May 2nd 1925 featuring a main article on Beacon Hill House in Essex, The residence of Miss Ella Du Cane, a seven page write up on the history of the house owned by the British artist Ella Du Cane with black and white photograph illustrations of the house, gardens and interior. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of The Chancellor of the Exchequer.
