An original war-time issue of Country Life magazine dated May 18th 1940 featuring a main article on Buscot Park (Part-1) in Berkshire, The Home of Lord Faringdon. Built about 1775 by Edward Loveden Townsend. This issue contains a six page write up with black and white photograph illustrations of the exterior, grounds and gardens. This issue is in good condition with a portrait frontispiece of Mrs. Frank S. Pershouse.
