Compton Beauchamp, The Residence of Mr and Mrs Reginald Astley

An original very early issue of Country Life dated November 30th 1918 featuring a main article on Compton Beauchamp on the Berkshire / Oxfordshire border,  The Residence of Mr and Mrs Reginald Astley, with an eight page write up on the history of the house with black and white illustrations of the house, interior and grounds. This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Admiral Sir david Beatty. Compton Beauchamp also featured in an earlier issue of Country Life in 1899, search our stock for further issues.
