Guinea Common Cottage, Elstead

An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated January 26th 1924 featuring a article on (A Lesser Country House) Guinea Common Cottage, Elstead in Surrey, additions and alterations by Mr. Kenneth M. B. Cross, two page write up with black and white illustrations of the house interior, exterior and plan. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Alexandra Curzon.
