An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated September 19th 1914 featuring a main article on Hallingbury Place in Essex, the residence of Mr Lockett Agnew. A seven page write up on the history of Hallingbury with black and white illustrations of the property (exterior and interior) and gardens. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Enid Vane.
