An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated November 16th 1911 featuring a main article on Hurtwood, Holmbury St. Mary in Surrey, The Residence of Maj.-Gen. E. H. Sartoruis. V. C. A seven page write up with black and white photograph illustrations of the house (designed by Christopher Turner), exterior views, the gardens and plans. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Her Majesty Queen Mary.
