An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated December 21st 1912 featuring a main article on Nailsea Court in Somerset, the residence of Mr Charles E. Evans. A nine page write up on the history of Nailsea Court, containing black and white photograph illustrations of the house exterior and gardens, the interior, furnishings, decor and a plan. This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of The Countess of Ancaster.
