Powderham Castle, the Seat of the Earl of Devon

Country Life magazine dated April 4th 1908 featuring a main article on Powderham Castle in Devon, the Seat of the Earl of Devon. A seven page write up on the history of the castle with many black and white photographic illustrations of the exterior and interior of Powderham, including The Music Room, The Tenth Earl's Dining Room, The Entrance hall, The Double Library and the Gatehouse. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of the Marchioness of Exeter.
