Original issue of Country Life magazine dated May 20th 1939 featuring a main illustrated article on Sezincote House in Gloucestershire, the seat of Colonel A. Dugdale (Part 2). A house designed by Samuel Pepys Cockerell in 1805 and gardens largely designed by Thomas Daniell. This issue contains a five page write up including black and white illustrations of the house exterior, interior and the gardens The magazine is in very good condition with a portrait frontispiece of Lady Gillian Drummond.
