The Park Close, Designed by Mr. R. Goulburn Lovell

Country Life magazine dated October 12th 1929 featuring an article titled 'Modern Domestic Architecture - The Park Close, Eastbourne, Sussex, designed by Mr. R. Goulburn Lovell', containing a two page write up including black and white illustrations of the houses exterior, a block plan showing lay-out of site and a plan of one of the eight-room houses. This magazine is in very good condition, with a portrait frontispiece of Lady Sackville and her step-daughter, The Hon. Diana Sackville-West.
