An original very early issue of Country Life magazine dated April 20th 1907 featuring a main article on Wenlock Abbey in Shropshire, with a seven page write up containing black and white illustrations of the abbey then owned by Mr C. G. Milnes-Gaskell (images of the interior, exterior, the priory ruins and surrounding gardens). This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Mrs Sacheverell-Bateman.
