Lansdowne House in London
Country Life magazine for May 11th 1935 featuring a main article on Lansdowne House in London, with facade and rooms designed by Robert Adam for Lord Bute. The engineering and structural features have been finished by the architect Mr. Charles Fox. This magazine features a six page write up including black and white photographic illustrations of house exterior, interior, including the ballroom designed by George Dance, the sun room, the drawing room, swimming bath, squash court and plans. The issue is in very good condition and has a portrait frontispiece of the Countess of Jersey with Lady Caroline Child-Villiers.
