Country Life magazine dated October 16th 1926 featuring an article 'the Lesser Country Houses of Today', Wood House Copse, Holmbury St. Mary, Abinger in Surrey, designed by Mr. Oliver Hill (an Arts & Craft House built for Mr W. D. Brand), garden designed and plants provided by Gertrude Jekyll. A two page write up with black and white illustrations of the house (exterior, interior, furnishings and plans). This issue is in very good condition with a portrait frontispiece of The Hon. Mrs. Cary.
