An original issue of Country Life magazine dated October 29th 1943 featuring a main property article on Higher Trayne in Devon, A recent conversion of a Devon farm-house by Mr. Oliver Hill carried out in local materials, containing a four page write up with black and white illustrations of the house exterior, grounds and a plan of the house. This issue is in generally good condition with a frontispiece of Lady Ann Spencer.
