An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated October 24th 1931 featuring a main article on Maryland, Hurtwood in Surrey, The Residence of Mr M. C. Warner, 7 page write up with black and white illustrations of the house, interior and gardens. This issue is in good condition but it does have some slight wear to the bottom edge, with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Miss Joyce Wethered.
