An original issue of Country Life magazine dated February 27th 1937 featuring a main article on Caledon, Co. Tyrone in Ireland (Part-1), the seat of the Earl of Caledon. The second Earl of Caledon employed architect, John Nash in 1812 to remodel the house with further additions in 1835. This issue contains a six page write up with black and white illustrations of the property interior, exterior, grounds and sketch plan. The magazine is in very good condition with a portrait frontispiece of The Hon. Ava Baird.
